HURLEY -- A 27-year-old Hurley woman was charged Monday with a 10-year felony count of second-degree reckless endangerment stemming from a Nov. 9 incident in which Rhonda Berghorn allegedly tried to run her husband over with a truck.
Berghorn also faces a nine-month misdemeanor count of battery.
The felony count also carries a fine not to exceed $25,000, and the misdemeanor count, up to $10,000.
According to the complaint, Hurley Police Officers Dan Thomas and Steve Glatczak responded to a domestic at Club Sierra Tavern at 1:41 a.m. on Nov.

The Silver Street bar is owned by Michael and Rhonda Berghorn, the complaint said.
The couple had been arguing throughout the night, Rhonda Berghorn told Glatczak.
Michael Berghorn told Thomas that his wife "tried to drive her truck into him," the complaint said.
Thomas noted evidence of the truck striking the back of the building.
"There were footprints where Michael stated that he had to move out of the way of the truck," he added.
Asked by Glatczak is she tried to hit her husband with the truck, Rhonda Berghorn said, "There was already damage to the front end of the truck as she had hit a garbage can the day before," the complaint said.
Berghorn is scheduled to appear in Iron County Circuit Court on Dec. 15.
