    Hurley, Wis. - Carl P. Sauter, 93, of Hurley, passed away on Dec. 31, 2019, at Villa Maria Health Care Center in Hurley. Carl was born on Feb. 16, 1926, in Ironwood, son of Joseph and Caroline (Zimmerman) Sauter. He graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in 1944 and served in the U. S. Army in World War II.
