TUCSON, Ariz. - Lynn C. Riggs, 65, of Tucson, died a happy man on Jan. 12, 2021. He had just purchased his first home, and had recently found the love of his life. Lynn graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in 1974 and immediately joined the U.S. Navy and later the Naval Reserves. After aircraft mechanic school, he moved to Arizona to work on the Apache helicopter.
