KIMBALL, Wis. - Area law enforcement officers and the Hurley Fire Department responded to the scene of a 10 p.m. Friday personal injury accident on U.S. 2, near the Corkscrew liquor store, east of County D. The front end of a pickup truck was demolished, but it was unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash. HURLEY - Phillips missed 20 free throws, but one of them helped the Loggers pull off a big upset in Hurley Friday night. The No. 3 seed Loggers' defeated No. 2 Hurley 52-47 in overtime during Friday's WIAA Division 4 regional semifinal. Trailing 47-46, Phillips missed two free throws again.
