    WAKEFIELD — The city of Wakefield invites the public to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the city’s newly purchased municipal building on Monday at 6:30 p.m. Wakefield City Manager Margot Anderson said, “100 years after the completion of city hall at 311 Sunday Lake St., the city has moved its new operations, and wishes to formally open the new location.” From 2014-’15, Anderson said Wakefield leased the building from the Diocese of Marquette and then purchased it in October for $101,899, using general funds.     BERGLAND, Mich. - Leo "Roy" Belisle, 82, formerly of Bergland, went to be with Our Lord on Sept. 4, 2015. He was born on Oct. 16, 1932, in Duluth, Minn., the son of the late Leo and Louise Belisle. Roy graduated from Bergland High School in 1948.
