Water rate increases of 5 percent and sewer hikes of 2.24 percent were approved by the three commissioners attending the meeting, with a 2 percent cost of living (inflationary) adjustment to both charges. CAMARILLO, Calif. - Imogene (Keskey) Gregory, 108, passed away on March 4, 2017, in Camarillo, where she had resided since 1980. Imogene was born on Jan. 21, 1909, in Kadoka, S.D., the daughter of Frank and Bertha Reidinger. As a child, she moved with her family to Tyndall, S.D.
