IRONWOOD - McInnis' Kitchen, a Celtic performance group, entertained the crowd at the Historic Ironwood Theatre Saturday evening. WATERSMEET - The Nimrods celebrated Dr. Seuss's 110th birthday in comfort on March 7. Watersmeet School students and their parents were invited to spend the morning in their pajamas at school reading their favorite Dr. Seuss stories. The Title I program helped sponsor the event which organizers called "a success." Students and parents ate doughnuts and designed their favorite pair of pajamas. WAKEFIELD - The Wakefield Chamber of Commerce named Jerald Rocco as the 2013 "Citizen of the Year" Sunday afternoon. "It's quite an honor and I am truly humbled," Rocco said.
