    DULUTH, Minn. - Janet "Jann" Rose Richter, 78, of Ironwood, passed away on March 20, 2020, at the Solvay Hospice House in Duluth. Jann, daughter of George and Dorothy (Rose) Nelson, was born Sept. 19, 1941, in Marquette, Michigan, where the Nelson family lived until she was six years old.
