GLISSON [email protected] WAKEFIELD - The City of Wakefield addressed its first "rain event" of the year by discharging an excess of diluted raw sewage into designated ditch lines between Sunday and Monday. According to city manager Bob Brown, the action was necessary in order to minimize sewer water back-up into the basements of some Wakefield homes and businesses.     RAMSAY, Mich. - Eileen Lillian (Rothlesberger) Gustafson, 93, a longtime resident of Ramsay, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019. Eileen was born on April 5, 1926, in Wakefield, the daughter of Jacob F. and Lillian A. (Koski) Rothlesberger. She went to grade school in Puritan and high school in Bessemer, graduating from A.D. Boyd died early Thursday morning following a battle with cancer.
