The Heritage Chapter of the North Country Trail Association has a busy summer of work events and other activities planned for the section of the North Country National Scenic Trail it maintains. IRONWOOD, Mich. — James “Jim” McHugh, 69, of Ironwood, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019, at his home. Jim was born on March 30, 1950, in Oakland, Calif., a son of Thomas and Lila (Manninen) McHugh. He attended Luther L. Wright High School in Ironwood and graduated in 1968.
