ST. LOUIS — The Gogebic Range (Hurley-Bessemer) robotics team ranked in the top third Friday in its subdivision in national competition here. The first year team that won a regional tournament in Duluth to qualify for the nationals ranked 19th in its subdivision with a 7-3 record. There were 68 teams in the subdivision. HURLEY, Wis. - Linda J. Ryskewecz, 61, of Hurley, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, in Hurley. Linda was born on July 26, 1955, in Ironwood, Mich., the daughter of the late Stanley "Honey" and Ardyce (nee Nelson) Traczyk. She graduated in 1973 from J.E. Murphy High School in Hurley.
