    IRONWOOD — Arts Midwest and the Ironwood Theatre announced Thursday that Ironwood has been selected to participate in the 2019-21 cycle of Arts Midwest World Fest. The program offers Midwestern communities, especially smaller and mid-size communities, an opportunity to experience music, language, and culture from across the world, according to theatre board member Karen Hagemann.     IRONWOOD — The Ironwood Carnegie Library and Michigan Humanities invites area residents to join in reading “What the Eyes Don’t See.” Written by Dr Mona Hanna Attisha’a, the book recounts her discovery that Flint’s children were being poisoned by lead in the city’s drinking water.
