The non-homestead property tax rate for the school will now continue to be 18 mills, or $18 per every $1,000 of taxable valuation, and it will allow the school to continue to receive its maximum funding. HURLEY - Hurley won its annual golf invitational Tuesday at Eagle Bluff. The Northstars finished with a 196, 24 strokes ahead of runner-up Mellen. The meet was cut short to nine holes as rain moved into the area.
