A total of 38 people attended the county board meeting at the courthouse, with the majority there because of the PILT issue. EWEN, Mich. - Dorothy was born on May 21, 1925, to Rena and Harry Fleming in Breckenridge, Minn. The family moved to Ewen and then to Maple Grove on Taylor Road.
