An increase of $4 per credit hour for in-district tuition and $5 per credit for out-of-district, the Wisconsin reciprocity area, and out-of-state students was approved.     PENCE, Wis. - Christopher Alan Thomas, 50, of Pence, passed away unexpectedly on May 26, 2019. He was born on April 6, 1969, in Portsmouth, Va. In 1980, he moved to Wisconsin with his family.
