    WAKEFIELD — At around 8 p.m. on Saturday, the Gogebic County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a suicidal male at his Wakefield residence, according to a department news release. Officers on the scene, along with a family member, were able to establish contact with the 30-year-old man, who was in the home with his 3-year-old son. The man refused to leave the home and, according to the release, threatened to shoot the officers on the scene.     BESSEMER - The sun was out for the sixth annual Go Ride R Range Ride on Saturday. Beginning in Bessemer's Bluff Valley Park, the roughly 50 cyclists who participated biked to Rigoni's Bar and back to the park, according to organizer Jim Mildren, a route of roughly 20 miles.
