WAKEFIELD — Wakefield’s Sunday Lake Street was lined with lawn chairs Monday as residents came out to see the city’s Fourth of July parade celebrating the country’s independence. EWEN, Mich. — Tammy J. Worachek, 52, of Ewen passed away unexpectedly at her home Thursday, June 30, 2016. She was born in Fort Hood, Texas, to Sam and Sylvia Sain. HURLEY, Wis. — Herbert A. Bock, 72, of Mercer, died peacefully early Saturday morning, July 2, 2016, at Villa Maria Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hurley, with his loving family by his side. He was born Jan. 1, 1944, in Ironwood, Mich., son of the late Herbert and Margaret (Coey) Bock, and graduated from J.E. Murphy High School in Hurley in 1962. BESSEMER – The 28th annual Bessemer Hometown Run held on Saturday as part of the Bessemer Blast 2016 once again blended good race competition with a chance to bond and reminisce with old friends as well as making new friendships.
