    WAKEFIELD - It was clear skies and warm weather Tuesday in downtown Wakefield as crowds gathered for the city's Fourth of July parade.     WATERSMEET — An investigation into an apparent drowning Sunday evening on East Bear Lake in the Sylvania Wilderness Area of Watersmeet Township continues. The search resumed Monday morning and the body of 24-year-old Sang-Mook Yoon, of Grand Rapids, was recovered from the water shortly before 10 a.m. on Monday.
