IRONWOOD — Rain turned to snow on a dreary Thanksgiving Day and when it was over, nearly a half inch of precipitation had fallen on Ironwood. The weather station at the Gogebic-Iron Wastewater Treatment Facility off Cloverland Drive recorded 3.5 inches of snow and .48 inch of precipitation for the 24-hour period to 7 a.m. on Friday.
