GREENLAND - The Ontonagon County Fair was held Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Adventure Mountain Complex in Greenland. The first Adventure Amateur Idol competition at the Ontonagon County Fair saw many entries and an enthusiastic audience Friday night, according to fair officials. BESSEMER, Mich. - After a short battle with cancer, Paula Ann Barbacovi, 56, a longtime resident of Bessemer, died peacefully Friday afternoon, July 26, 2019, at Essentia Health–St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, Minn., with her loving family by her side.
