Crowds gathered in the Downtown City Square to listen to live music by the Superior Horns and Blue Ice, a local band featuring more than 10 musicians.     IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Harold Oliver Vuorenmaa, 91, of Ironwood Township, passed away in the comfort of his home Saturday evening, July 31, 2021. Harold was born on June 19, 1930, in Ironwood, a son of Eric and Selina (Kitula) Vuorenmaa. He attended Roosevelt School and graduated in 1949. He was a hard and dedicated worker. Harold worked at Ahonen Lumber Company, was a milkman for Wally Curik, IronWood Products and as a rural postal carrier. He proudly served in the U.S. Army from October... Full story
