    By ZACHARY MARANO [email protected] IRONWOOD — Director of Community Development Tom Bergman said that city staff will present a draft of the boundaries for the downtown development plan to the Downtown Ironwood Development Authority at the DIDA meeting on Thursday. Bergman explained that the DIDA intends to establish a tax increment financing district in the downtown area.     IRONWOOD, Mich. - Lee Baron, 88, of Ironwood, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022, at Aspirus Ironwood Hospital, knowing his family loved him dearly. Lee was born on Dec. 15, 1933, in Montreal, Wisconsin, the son of Emil and Esther (Freberg) Baron. Lee graduated from Hurley High School in 1951.
