    MUSKEGON (AP) - Replicas of two of 15th-century explorer Christopher Columbus' ships will be staying in Muskegon for a week. The 65-foot Nina and the 85-foot Pinta, both of which made it to town on Tuesday, will remain docked at Heritage Landing until Sept. 2. They will be open for tours beginning on Wednesday.     BERGLAND, Mich. - Micheal Lee "Mike" Hillier, 70, of Bergland, died Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014, at his home. He was born Sept. 20, 1943, in Wauwatosa, Wis., the son of Walter and Myrtle (Bigger) Hillier. He was a graduate of the Ewen High School class of 1963. Mike was employed by the Ontonagon County Road Commission for 37 years as a heavy equipment operator. His job was his passion.     ASHLAND, Wis. - Marie M. Erickson, 97, of Ironwood, Mich., died Monday, Aug. 25, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center in Ashland. Marie was born Nov. 30, 1916, in Ironwood, daughter of the late John and Mary (Sentko) Vronch. She attended schools in Ironwood and graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in 1937.
