The council voted to approve $39,452 worth of repairs on Colby Hill Road, most of which will be funded by $30,000 worth of grants from the state and from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. SALINE, Mich. - Michael "Mike" Frederick Pogliano, 79, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019 at the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. He was born on April 8, 1940 in Bessemer Township, Mich, the son of Secondo and Margaret (Bertorello) Pogliano. On Sept. 1, 1962 in Saxon, Wis., he married Margaret "Peggy" Jarvela and she survives.
