IRONWOOD, Mich. - Everest "Ev" Smee, 88, passed away peacefully on Sept. 23, 2020, in Ironwood. Ev was born in Pence, Wisconsin, where he lived most of his life, on Aug. 24, 1932, son of the late of Peter and Madeline (Bracket) Smee. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. Upon his return to Pence from the service, he worked at White Pine Mine for many years. WAKEFIELD, Mich. — Ed Deloria, 74, suddenly passed away at home Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020. Ed was born on Aug. 25, 1946, in Manistique. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Christine; five children, Ed Jr., Cindy (Brian), Dave, Lauri (Bob) and Patty (Cory); eight grandchildren, Alysha, Kailey, Abbey, Trevor, Darienne, Mariah, Ethan and Connor; and one great-grandson, Carter.
