Wright School. The measure on the back of the ballot asks voters to approve 1 mill from 2019-2023 dedicated solely to maintaining township roads.     FRANKLIN PARK, Ill. - William A. Vuorenmaa, 93, passed away surrounded by his family at his home on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018. He was born March 23, 1925, in Ironwood, Mich., the devoted son of the late Erick and the late Selina (nee Kitula) Vuorenmaa.
