There was an 80 percent chance of precipitation today, with a high of 34 forecast. Snow was also possible for Wednesday. DULUTH, Minn. - Donald Ray Sabec, 61, of Bessemer, Mich., died peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015, at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, following a battle with cancer.
