    YPSILANTI — Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced a new resource for sexual assault survivors last week that is designed to improve access to counseling resources.     IRONWOOD, Mich. - Russell L. Rundell, 87, a longtime Ironwood resident, passed away on Monday, Nov. 25, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. Russ was born on Nov. 22, 1932, in North Bessemer, a son of Uno and Jennie (Piispanen) Rundell. He attended Roosevelt School and graduated from Luther L. Wright High School.
