    IRONWOOD, Mich. - Herman Roy Stone, 71, of Ironwood, passed away peacefully Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Herman was born on Oct. 5, 1948, in Washington, D.C., a son of Robert Herman and Mary Katherine (Lauzon) Stone. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and spent most of his working career at White Pine Copper Mine.
