    BAYFIELD, Wis. - Ice has formed with enough thickness along the Apostle Islands Ice Caves to allow viewing along the mainland unit of Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. If conditions remain the same or improve, the Ice Caves will open on Saturday. The Ice Caves feature some of the most spectacular cliffs and sea caves found in the Great Lakes.     ONTONAGON - Instead of Ontonagon being at the end of the trail, village manager Joe Erickson wants it to be a place to start vacations and obtain jobs.     IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich. - Marjorie M. Frei, 86, of Breitung Township, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, at Hyland Nursing Home in Iron Mountain. In the last days of her life God blessed each of her family members with tender moments by her side. Marge was born Aug. 10, 1928, in Ironwood, daughter of the late Sam and Helen (Sutut) Michaels.
