Born Feb. 10, 1940, in Lyons, Illinois, Sharon was the middle daughter of Edward and Eugenia Linder. She spent her youth in Lyons and Tomah, Wisconsin, and graduated from Tomah High School in 1958. Helen Mae was born on April 27, 1924, to Matt and Mary (Smee) Anonich. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Hurley in 1941. WAKEFIELD — Students studying German at Wakefield-Marenisco High School can look forward to a spring break trip to Germany, Switzerland and Austria in 2026.
