CRYSTAL FALLS, Mich. — Jack Matthew Pottala, 83, of Kenton, Mich. passed away on Jan. 14, 2018, at the Iron County Medical Care Facility, where he had been a resident for the last four years. On Tuesday, the county board selected Robert Nousiainen, of Bruce Crossing, to represent district 3, including Rockland, Stannard and Interior Townships. Spencer Troy Ward was sentenced to 151 months in prison and five years of supervised release after his prison sentence ends for conspiracy to manufacture, distribute and possess with intent to distribute marijuana plants and marijuana. WAUSAU, Wis. - Eugene "Red" D'Antonio, 81, long-time Ironwood businessman, passed away on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 23, 2017, in Wausau.
