The commission heard the final report of the city’s audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. “The auditors gave the city a clean, unmodified opinion. BESSEMER — Members of the Gogebic County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously last week to fund the county 4-H coordinator as a full-time position for eight months, from April 1 to Nov. 30 in 2024, at a salary of $40,000.
