Due to the nationwide pilot shortage, Boutique Air Inc., is unable to have two sets of pilots for its daily Ironwood service to Chicago, according to Michael Harma, airport manager. Jim was born on Feb. 4, 1947, in Laurium, son of the late John and Carmen (Cundy) Averitt.
