Priscilla Stephani and Ginger Benninghoff, two friends who said they have known each other for 60 years, were the first people on the dance floor.     HURLEY — The city of Hurley received a favorable 2016 audit report at its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday. A representative of the Wipfli company presented an overview of the audit, saying the city received an unmodified, or “clean” opinion. There were no concerns in the water-sewer budget.
