The county board of canvass certified a vote total of 2,081 for Trump and 1,275 for Clinton, or an 11-vote swing from election night totals. Tracy Lynn Gehrke, 44, was sentenced to a minimum of two years in prison on a count of delivering less than 50 grams of heroin. The charges carries a potential maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.     HURLEY — The Hurley School District has received its 2015 report card and results will be reviewed at Monday’s school board meeting in the high school library. The city council Tuesday approved a $2,324,849 budget for 2017 that is down .37 percent and a tax levy of $885,399, down .15 percent.
