Matonich said the jail was housing 30 inmates and six more were jailed in Iron County, Wis., under an agreement between the two counties. “We’re doing everything we can to try to quell it,” Matonich said of the overcrowding situation. HURLEY — A Mercer, Wis., man who is charged with human trafficking and false imprisonment is scheduled to be arraigned in Iron County Court on March 31. Jason Sheehan, 29, is accused of forcing a deaf woman with a neurological disorder to eat mold, drink urine and eat cat feces. The alleged victim told authorities Sheehan had hit her with a hot baking ban, threw boiling water on her, and struck her with an electric fly swatter.
