IRON BELT, Wis. - Angelo Luppino, 82, passed away on June 3, 2015, at his home, surrounded by his loving family after a battle with cancer. IRON BELT, Wis. - The man who brought the color pink to his Iron Belt construction business, Angelo Luppino, died this week of cancer at 82. He was born and raised in Hurley, graduating from the Hurley High School in 1952. He married Nancy Nelson in 1953 and they had two children, a son, Paul, and a daughter, Karen. IRONWOOD—A group met Saturday morning at the Michigan Welcome Center to help clean up the banks alongside the Montreal River. Led by the Forest Service Department, the group met first to discuss safety procedures, protective equipment and the areas that would be cleaned up, which consisted of five zones. HURLEY — The Iron County Board of Supervisors approved a plan Tuesday to contract with Iron County Sheriff's Department deputy Darrell Petrusha to continue maintaining the county's radio equipment once he retires from the sheriff's department.
