County administrator Juliane Giackino said that Joel Massie, the local administrator for the Michigan Indigent Defense Commission, will hire the new employee. WINCHESTER, Wis. - Evelyn "Flossie" Pauline Sturgeon, 77, of Winchester, Wisconsin, passed away at her home on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
