City Manager Rob Brown, Jr. informed the Globe on Tuesday that the council agreed to hire Rukkila, Negro & Associates, CPAs, PC to handle auditing for a period of three fiscal years beginning with 2021-2022. Kelly was born on Dec. 5, 1942, in Wakefield, a son of the late Mary (Grivicich) and Steve Miskovich, the fifth of 13 children.
