School board president Robert Davis said he had just learned Monday that the school district’s January 2021 tax payment was $614,289. IRONWOOD, Mich. - Charles E. Best, Lt. Col. retired, of Ironwood, passed away on Jan. 1, 2021, two days shy of his 95th birthday of natural causes.
