HURLEY — Football practice doesn't start for a month, but the Hurley Midgets had 40 high school players on the gridiron Monday for a Blugold Football Camp. HURLEY — Hurley pitcher Grant Innes took a no-hitter into the fifth inning as the Midgets breezed past Cornell/Lake Holcombe 11-0 in Friday’s WIAA Division 3 regional opener. Innes struck out 10, two in every inning of the five-inning game. MINNEAPOLIS — The Hurley Midgets baseball team had to travel more than 250 miles — and still go inside — to start its baseball season.
