PENCE, Wis. - Earl J. "Jello" Brackett, 91, lifelong Pence resident, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017, peacefully at his home. IRON BELT, Wis. — The Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s resurfacing of Wisconsin 77 from Hurley’s Cary Location to Upson is completed, just in time for fall color season.
