A total of 3,118 of the 4,012 registered voters in Iron County went to the polls Tuesday, a 77.7 percent turnout rate. A total of 2.33 inches fell at the Gogebic-Iron Wastewater Treatment Plant off Cloverland Drive, setting an Oct. 10 record covering the past 117 years.
