WAKEFIELD, Mich. — Mayme K. Dalbec, 99, a long-time resident of Wakefield, passed away late Saturday evening, July 7, 2018. Mayme was born on Feb. 26, 1919, in Ramsay, a daughter of Charles and Anna (Soffietti) Cappo. She attended Roosevelt School in Marenisco and graduated in 1936. On April 16, 1938, Mayme was united in marriage to Elfreedor L. “Frick” Dalbec in Bessemer. They made their home in Wakefield and were blessed with three sons.
