Participants had a simple goal to make it to the top of the extremely steep Copper Peak hill, zigging and zagging around gates. HURLEY, Wis. - Elizabeth J. "Dee Dee" Soderman, 79, a lifelong resident of Hurley, passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022. Dee Dee was born on April 21, 1942, in Ironwood, Michigan, a daughter of Albert "Abba" and Betty (Erspamer) Constantini. She attended J.E. Murphy High School in Hurley and graduated in 1960.
