Spencer Troy Ward was sentenced to 151 months in prison and five years of supervised release after his prison sentence ends for conspiracy to manufacture, distribute and possess with intent to distribute marijuana plants and marijuana.     BESSEMER — The Gogebic County Board of Commissioners was informed this week that the Superior Watershed Partnership has received $3 million in state and federal funding to provide heating and electrical assistance for low income families in all 15 counties of the Upper Peninsula.
