Especially concerned is Watersmeet Trout Hatchery and fish farm owner Dino Giannola whose business and home are located directly across the road from the site.     RHINELANDER, Wis. - Edward Caron, 94, of Rhinelander, passed away peacefully with family on Nov. 3, 2019. Edward was born in Watersmeet, Mich., on July 21, 1925. He was the son of Albert and Mathilda (Hill) Caron and a graduate of Watersmeet High School with the Class of 1943. Following graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and was deployed to the South Pacific during World War II.
