    WATERSMEET — The Gogebic-Iron Area Narcotics team on Thursday executed a search warrant in Watersmeet Township and arrested 29-year-old Elizabeth McGeshick. The investigation began in March, according to GIANT, and involved a number on individuals.     HURLEY - A carnival being held to raise money for the Hurley Fire Department had to be shut down Friday evening after a ride malfunctioned, injuring four people. David Wayne Opsahl, 45, was sentenced to between 28 and 126 months in prison for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and 23 to 120 months in prison for possession of methamphetamine.
