An endowment fund was established to grant annual scholarships from the interest earnings of the endowment.     WATERSMEET - A washed out culvert has caused the U.S. Forest Service to close Forest Road 3340 at the intersection of Old U.S. 2 and intersection FR 3346 in Watersmeet.
